Granted it’s only one creepy looking farmhouse but very important things happen in this creepy looking farmhouse.

This is what happens when you get trashed and end up laying on the side of the road. You wake up in some strange guy’s house chained to his heater.

This kid looks creepy.

I just finished re-reading this book. From what I’ve seen so far, the film looks to be a good visual representation of what goes on in the comic.
Starting to get just a little excited.

There’s a ton of theory and rhetoric on why people cheat. I’m sure that reasons differ greatly form case to case.

Mr. Hughes didn’t always act batty. He was extremely uncomfortable in social situations and it was then you’d see his severe OCD really come out.
But when he was around planes, he was confident. He also seemed to be at ease around the ladies.

We love Johnny here at Cinephilia (can’t you tell). Today’s Half Nekkid Thursday post is dedicated to him and this most delicious scene from From Hell.

The Aviator is a fascinating look into the life of Howard Hughes and an examination of some of the uh.. quirkier aspects of his personality.

One question though.
Couldn’t they have done the film a little earlier? You know like before Harrison Ford starting collecting social security?

So what if he walked around impersonating a 14th century fictional Spanish libertine?

I mean besides the obvious fact that he’s pretending to be someone else.
He says he’s “not limited by his eyesight” and that he sees women for the beauty within them. Yet, as MzPinkie points out, there are no ugly chicks in this movie.
What’s up with that?

I’m amazed they could even get ten of them into this frame. I love how this pic beautifully conveys the emotional intensity of the moment.
